Me, Only Better: 2018 New Year's Resolution

January 26, 2018

I know that I am a little late in posting this, so forgive me about that.

(Last January 4-9, I joined the free class of Arriane Serafico which is called the #Braver2018 Challenge.  The course, generally, was about goal setting and on how to follow-up on your goals as the year progress.)

This year, I have decided it to be my Me, Only Better Year. So, basically, this year I am going to invest in myself to be better and braver. And yes, it sounds so overwhelming and scary so I am going to break it down into 4 small goals/resolutions per quarter. Baby steps guys, one step at a time.

For the first 3 months, I am going to focus on my physical attributes or let's just say, my body and face. So in this first three months, I need to build a routine that will enable me to exercise (I do yoga, btw) and to have a more or less, fixed skincare routine that I can do every day. If you guys have any recos on what products to use for an oily-acne prone skin, I am very willing to try those out. Please comment down below, thank you!

For April - June, aside from those "physical" goals that hopefully will be embedded deep into my routine by April, I will dedicate these months in practicing calligraphy or maybe, develop a skill or enroll to an online course. Anything that will enhance my skills or maybe, develop a new one.

Come July - September, these months, I will work on my inner self and in developing my self-confidence. This is a hard work, you guys. To be honest, I have already started this #SelfLove practice this January. I have started my gratitude journal already and I hope to move on to some self-love exercises or journaling in order to be better or more confident, to love myself more and to fully embrace who I am.

October - December, hopefully, will be the months that I will give back to some people to any ways that I can (maybe donate or participate or organize a charity event), no matter how small they are. I think by just blogging on a daily basis will be enough (baby steps, guys). You might ask why do I need to do this? It is just because, helping and making other people smile can really make me feel that I am doing something right with my life, and it can really make me feel like I'm a better person than who I am yesterday.

So, there you are. My 2018 resolutions. This is so different from the previous year but I think that it is more realistic and attainable (???). Crossing my fingers. You guys are going to be my accountability partners. What's your NY Resolutions? I would love to be your accountability partner :)
